Do not use this website to send spam, impersonate another person, submit malicious content, or interfere with the site’s operation. Submitting an inquiry does not create an investment, advisory, or other contractual relationship.

SMS program terms

Your choice to participate

You give consent by providing a mobile number in our contact form, actively checking the separate SMS consent box, and submitting the form. The box is unchecked by default. By making that choice, you authorize Banyan Holdings to send the described promotional texts to that number, including messages using automated technology, and agree to these SMS program terms.

Consent is not a condition of buying goods or services, making an investment, or submitting an inquiry. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize SMS messages. You must be the account holder or otherwise authorized to consent for the number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, notify us so we can update your preference.

Frequency & charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Your carrier’s messaging and data charges depend on your plan. Check with your carrier if you have questions about those charges.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to a program message to withdraw your SMS consent. We will stop further promotional texts and may send one confirmation. You can also request an opt-out by using our contact form. A new opt-in is needed before promotional messages resume. Leaving the box unchecked on a later contact form does not itself cancel a previous enrollment.

Reply HELP to a program message for assistance, or contact Banyan Holdings through our contact form. The form is also available if you cannot send or receive a text.

Delivery & privacy

Message delivery depends on your device, mobile network, and carrier availability. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We handle mobile numbers and opt-in records as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell SMS consent or share it with other businesses for their own marketing. Enrollment applies only to Banyan Holdings and the message purposes described here.
